Chamber dryers

Chamber dryers are particularly adapted when many types of products are to be manufactured.
In those chambers, CERIC Technologies instals differents types of stirring fans (Baladair, Rotalcer, Baladoblic) according to the drying process.
It applies to roof tile accessories units of facing bricks with many format of different products: the drying curve is adapted according to the selectivity of the products to dry.

Longitudinal ventilated tunnel dryer

The longitudinal tunnel dryer is the most economic drying solution for roofing tile factories and brick factories.

No motor ventilator is installed in the dryer, which is a way of production very simple to maintain and to operate for an optimal drying quality.

This dryer can also be fitted with vertical stirring devices to improve the ventilation of the products.

Transversal ventilated tunnel dryer

Dryers with transversal stirring fans are recommended for products more sensitive to the drying conditions, or for more important productions. The dryer multiplies the number of tunnels or processes and thus adapts itself to the given production.
This dryer is fitted with stirring systems designed within our workshops and thus perfectly meets the drying requirements of the products.

With hundred of references of ventilating bricks, hordy and spanish tiles and flat tiles, the Anjour dryer is the most widespread quick dryer in the world.
Its working simplicity, is reliability and low cost maintenance are the best answer to products ready to a quick drying.

Tunnel dryer on kiln cars

For stiff extruded bricks directly stacked onto the kiln cars, CERIC Technologies has developed specific stirring fans and hoods for a ventilation in the core of the product loads.
