Letter from the President : Patrick Hebrard

Last Friday 26 March 2010, after several months of procedures, the Commercial Court in Paris granted to project « Ceric Nouvelle » the transfer of companies Ceric, Hallumeca and Pelerin. This project was carried by Messrs Hebrard and Toquet. The Court also transferred to « Ceric Nouvelle » EquipCeramic’s  shares (Spanish subsidiary) for which it becomes the main shareholder. The buyers have been supported for this action by company « Pléiade Investissement » which becomes the main shareholder and by Ceric’s original founders Messrs Rasse and Merienne.

« Ceric Nouvelle » is renamed « Ceric Technologies », new name of the company, and is aeager to become again leader within its engineering and manufacturer job, offering turn key solutions for the heavy clay industry. It intends to keep its attendance and services for international markets where it always worked and of course offer a continuity of services to all of its original customers.

« Ceric Technologies » is restarting on solid bases around a strengthened team made of experienced and renowned technicians and engineers within their skills.

The new ownership and the effective support from the banks and their partnership allow to restart with a solid situation with net assets, without any debts and with the necessary bank guarantees to make future projects more secure.

As before, Ceric Technologies teams will be there to bring you the best of their competences and carry on with developing competitive and well known around the world technologies.
