CERAMITEC 2009

A GREAT SUCCESS DESPITE THE CRISIS: CERIC winning innovations

All Keyria subsidiaries were attending the CERAMITEC 2009 trade fair on a shared stand, right in the middle of Hall B5, starting up again new products and technical evolutions around the different steps of heavy clay building material manufacturing process.

For this new edition, Ceric showed its major innovations:

  • Anjou XXL: evolution of classical Anjou dryer, higher width for a higher production capacity, for ventilating bricks, blocks and extruded tiles drying.
  • Casing kiln fitted with Thermo Boosters: stirring system with a modular design, integrated to the kiln’s structure (pre-firing zone and cooling zone) aiming at the reduction of energy consumption and the improvement of heat exchanges.
  • WINCER supervision system: filled out with visual news in order to make this tool more user-friendly.

While being part of side events of CERAMITEC: “Energy-efficiency“, CERIC showed its technological development with energy savings and alternate resources, through firing solutions with plant residues solid: sawdust, olive wastes, … but also by giving solutions working with biogas, pet coke or glycerine.

This trade fair has been a great opportunity for CERIC to meet key decision makers, highlighting its new technologies and new services, generating new business opportunities and maintaining already existing customer relationships.

In short: This was a positive result over 4 days allowing to answer many requests from all of our visitors, more and more international, thus despite a difficult economical context for business.
